We developed an application (iOS and Android) so that the fans of this restaurant chain could find the equipment necessary to participate in the loyalty programme: A member´s card with a QR code that the waiter at the restaurant would immediately capture with his code lector and that automatically added the bill to his account on the fidelity platform.
Likewise, the members receive “push notifications” with personalised promotions, a list of all the points accumulated to redeem them in situ through the same system of the initial capture of the QR. They can locate the restaurant closest to them on the map, find information of the recommended plates….To sum up: everything that the authentic “fosteriano” could possibly want from his favourite restaurant.
